President/CEO
Eve brings decades of marketing expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to the team. With a background in Communications, she co-founded Ashworth Creative and has been recognized with accolades like the Dutchess County 40 Under 40 and Hudson Valley Magazine’s Top Women in Business. Eve also serves on the board of the Premier Cares Foundation.
Isaac Ashworth
Creative Director
Isaac is an award-winning designer with a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Utah and experience at renowned firms like Pentagram and Paul Hardy Design. Overseeing design across diverse projects, collaborating closely with photographers, production artists, and developers, Isaac brings a commitment to design excellence and innovation.
Elyssa VanBenschoten
Graphic Designer
Elyssa is a dedicated graphic designer with a BFA from SUNY New Paltz and a passion for bringing creative visions to life. With prior experience at Hale Advisors, she honed her skills creating impressive designs for global life sciences companies. At Go Gladys™, Elyssa excels in print, digital, and website design, always eager to learn and grow.
Jennifer King
Project Manager
Jenn brings a rich background in photojournalism and video production to the team, having worked for the Miami Herald and Tri-City Herald before transitioning to video instruction at The Art Effect’s Spark Studio. Since joining Go Gladys™, she has expertly managed video projects, leveraging her skills in shooting, editing, and producing for a diverse range of clients.
Karen Richardson
Office Manager
Karen combines her analytical mindset with a strong background in Computer Science and Purchasing/Procurement to keep the office running smoothly. Her organized approach and dedication to streamlining processes ensure the team has everything they need to succeed in a dynamic and creative environment.
Tracy Dwyer
Art Director
Tracy is a seasoned designer with a BFA in Graphic Design from SUNY New Paltz, a Web Design Certificate from BU’s CDIA campus, and a Google UX Design Certificate. Her unique blend of creative and technical skills allows her to design and code web projects seamlessly. Tracy excels in leading teams and managing projects, ensuring every design and development initiative is executed with precision and creativity.
Ken Newman
Lead Web Developer
Ken has been building websites since the GeoCities days and has been a WordPress expert since 2008, even developing his own open-source plugin. With a love for math, philosophy, and video games, Ken combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife and children.
Stephen Cox
Account Director
Steve has worked in advertising for over 20 years. Steve is an expert in digital advertising from demand generation, account based marketing, analytics, SEO, and user experience. Steve has worked with clients like Adobe, Cisco, HPE, Viasat, and Verizon, to name a few. He has served on the board of directors for The Make a Wish Foundation, and guest lectures at the University of Utah.
Radhika Kathuria
Event Technologist Specialist
Radhika specializing in seamless event registration with Swoogo. She is an expert in event planning, project management, and attendee management software. Passionate about enhancing the attendee experience, she leverages technology to streamline operations and boost engagement. Her skills include ticketing, mobile apps, and delivering innovative, tech-driven event solutions.

Karen brings decades of experience leading creative teams at top NYC advertising agencies. A skilled content strategist, she has crafted multi-channel campaigns across industries such as technology, healthcare, and skincare. Karen specializes in messaging and cohesive strategies for social media, print, CRM, and digital platforms. She drives results for local and national clients.
John Mallen
Public Relations Specialist
Founder of Hudson Valley-based John Mallen Communications, Inc., John has led his PR firm since 1987 and now collaborates with Go Gladys to lead Public Relations engagements. With a background in journalism, economic development, and public affairs, he holds a master’s in public administration from Syracuse University. John leverages decades of expertise to craft impactful, results-driven PR campaigns.
Cassandra Smith
Marketing Strategist
Originally from Texas and now based in Utah’s Heber Valley, Cassandra combines Southern charm with business expertise. A Brigham Young University graduate in English and Business, she excels in branding, messaging, content creation, sales, process development, and digital marketing. Since joining Go Gladys in 2025, Cassandra has driven growth through her entrepreneurial mindset.
Matt Myers
SEO Manager
Matt Myers serves as the company’s SEO Specialist and has been leading SEO efforts since his start at HomeAdvisor in 2005. He moved next to help NetQuote secure a $200 million exit from Bankrate. While his specialty is in lead generation, Matt has worked across many industries of business, namely healthcare, home improvement, insurance, skiing, software, digital signage, mortgages, storage, and retail, to name a few.

Videographer
Ross brings to Go Gladys his exceptional talent and experience with professional photography and cinematography. We partner with Ross to handle our onsite video production. With his access to the latest cutting edge equipment with the most up-to-date technology, Ross and his assistants are our team on the scene for our photo and video shoots.

Brett has over a decade of experience and is a Google Ads Professional and Google Partner, specializing in aligning business objectives with search strategies.
